Order’s notes

For the orders that were made in the DelivApp portal, you can leave notes,

Go to Orders, and on the right side of each order, you will see a gray icon “Create order service notes”

Press on the icon, and you will see a field where you can leave your note:

Once you have typed your text in the field, please press “Save” to leave your note and “Cancel”, as an option: the note is not required anymore

After leaving a note the “Create order service note” icon will appear as gray with small blue dot.
