Do customers take items off the shelf themselves?

They do not have to. Customers choose from the catalog on the kiosk and pay, and staff hand over the item, including items kept behind the counter or in the stockroom.

Can customers add gift wrap?

Yes. Gift wrap, greeting cards or anything else you offer are extras on the item, paid together with it.

Does the kiosk scan barcodes?

Barcode scanning is coming soon. Today customers find items in the catalog by category, with a photo and price for each.

Do I need to buy hardware from DelivApp?

No. DelivApp is the software. It runs on the Android, iPad or Windows touchscreen you choose and takes card payments through Stripe.

Which languages can the kiosk run in?

Any number. You choose the languages, and customers pick theirs on the start screen. The whole order follows that language, down to payment.
