FAQ
Yes, there is a 3 weeks trial for DelivApp Logistic. If you are switching from another provider, however, we will prolong this period until you are done with the switch (up to two months).
Yes, courier app can be white-labeled for a fee.
You can add it as soon as you are ready. If you are already ready, check out our Platform offerings here.
As soon as you have the account, you can start. From our experience, most of the clients are operational on day two and we calibrate your settings together throughout the first week or so.
The system currently supports English, Spanish, Arabic, and Hebrew. We are working on adding new languages and we can do it as a part of your project.
Actually, no, but it may seem so, because most of the other vendors think in tasks (pick-up or delivery) and we think in orders (puckup+delivery). In order to compare plans, you should divide the number of tasks by two (then you will get the approximate number of orders).
No. You don't get paid for canceled orders, why should you pay us for them?

DelivApp is built with a large orders volume and multiple operational areas in mind. We give you the ability to manage those volumes as well as distant areas from the same account but with different teams and different settings. Each independent unit under your account is called Control Center. When needed Control Centers can also be managed by one team only (so that you can better leverage your resource during slow hours).
You can switch between the plans at any time, the change will be applied from the next billing cycle.
