Data Deletion Request
Request the deletion of personal data associated with your DelivApp account.
GeoRest Ltd. ("DelivApp") respects your privacy and gives you control over the personal data we hold about you. If you would like us to delete personal information associated with your DelivApp account, you can submit a request as described below.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your DelivApp account to support@delivapp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the following so we can locate your account:
- The email address or phone number registered with your account
- The DelivApp service or app you used (e.g. consumer ordering app, courier app, merchant portal)
- If applicable, the name of the business that operates the platform you used
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge your request within 48 hours and to complete the deletion within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable data-protection laws.
What gets deleted
We will remove personal information that directly identifies you — such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses and payment identifiers — from our active systems. Some information may be retained where we are required to keep it by law (for example, transactional records for tax and accounting purposes) or where it has been irreversibly anonymized for analytics. Backup copies are purged on our standard backup-retention cycle.
Accounts managed by businesses
If you used a DelivApp-powered service operated by a third-party business (for example, a restaurant chain, marketplace or delivery company), that business is the data controller for your account. We will coordinate with them to action your request, and we encourage you to also contact the business directly.
