Your plan, SMS, invoices and payment details, one click away
How much of your plan have you used this month? How many SMS are left? Where is last month's invoice? The answers now sit on one page, a click from any screen: open the menu under your business name and choose Billing. Billing is rolling out to DelivApp customers now.
Know where your plan stands, before the month ends
No surprises at the end of the month. Subscription shows your Plan and its Status, how many Active branches you have, and the Orders used this month against what your plan includes. Next to them is an estimate of this month's bill, before VAT, the VAT and the total.
When the business outgrows the plan, Change plan is right there. Plans differ by order volume, and every plan includes unlimited users; compare them on the pricing page.
Top up SMS before you run out
One-time codes (OTP) go out by SMS, so the balance matters. SMS (OTP) shows how many you have, and SMS packages › Buy adds more.
Every invoice, ready to download
Invoices lists each invoice with its date, the date it was paid, the amount before VAT, the VAT, the total and its status. Download saves any of them, so your bookkeeping has every copy on hand.
Pay by card, or straight from your bank account
How you pay is yours to change. Card shows the card on file and when it expires, with Update card beside it. Payment details › Update payment details is where you change your payment details, including payment straight from a bank account.
DelivApp's analytics already show how your sales and your network are doing (sales analytics, the whole network at a glance); Billing does the same for your DelivApp account.
