How does dispatch work?

What happens when my couriers are busy?
Your own couriers get priority. When they are busy or too far, DelivApp collects bids from its network of 20+ delivery providers and sends the order to the cheapest, fastest or preferred one, by your rules.
How are couriers paid?
Courier pay is calculated by region, distance or both, with separate templates for in-house and partner couriers. Each business's delivery cost is calculated by these rules.
What does the customer see during delivery?
Live order tracking and status updates, whoever carries the order.
Are the courier and business apps native?
Yes. The business app and the courier app are native iOS and Android apps; dispatchers work in a web dashboard.
Can I split operations by region or branch?
Yes. An account splits into control centers by territory, volume or service level, each with its own manager, who sees only their own couriers and pickup locations.
