Questions about self-checkout for grocery stores
Does the kiosk scan barcodes?
Barcode scanning is coming soon. Today shoppers pick products from photo tiles grouped by category, and products without a barcode, like fresh bread, will keep selling that way.
What does turnkey include?
The kiosk hardware, a receipt printer, card payments through Tranzila, the kiosk software and integration with your POS.
How long does it take?
From 1 to 10 days. Opening the Tranzila terminal and delivering the hardware take most of that time; the software is set up alongside.
What happens when an item runs out?
Set how many of an item the kiosk sells; when they are gone, the item disappears. You can switch any item on or off at any time.
Which languages can the kiosk run in?
Any number. You choose the languages, and shoppers pick theirs on the start screen.
