Configurable pick-up notification time for couriers
We allow you to control when orders are assigned to couriers. This is crucial for on-demand delivery because if an order is assigned too early it may not be ready when a courier arrives. Also, if a courier is too far away when an assignment is received, they may get stuck on the way to the pick-up and then the food would have to wait. Use this feature to set your own heads-up time alert (15, 10, 5, even 0 minutes before the order is ready for pickup) and don’t lose precious time on waiting.
